We are looking for a passionate, creative problem solver and results-oriented Buyer.  A successful candidate will have an analytical mind, understand and connect with online users, and have an aptitude for working with internal and third-party ad campaign management tools.  In this role, you will drive the success of a portfolio of marketing campaigns with the end goal of driving customer acquisitions through digital marketing channels. The Role You Will Have

  • Create, manage, and optimize direct response paid social media campaigns. A successful buyer will execute on the following:
  • Content strategy & user targeting: Effectively map the type of content that resonates with a user type and performs well from a CTR and ROAS perspective. Communicate an collaborate with our content team to create that content.
  • Ad creative: Close the feeback loop with the content team to ensure effective ad copy and images are created. Further tweak images/copy as needed to maximize CTR
  • Campaign Analysis: Analyze campaigns and associated metrics on a daily basis to ensure campaign profitability. This includes metrics associated with the campaign, user behavior on the website, and monetization
  • Strategic Bidding Models with BI/DS: Develop strategies that scale marketing spend and improve ROAS performance, workign with the BI/DS teams to make them a reality
  • Communications: Report on findings and recommend actions to ensure achievement of performance goals. Present weekly performance and growth plans to management
  • Additionally you will explore new advertising techniques and opportunities through testing, and expand upon successful techniques to foster growth in key metrics
  • You will also manage QA and resolve ad assets as needed

What You Will Bring

  • 1-3 years of online advertising experience, with a focus on social media advertising
  • Analytical thinking that can tactfully manage a buying portfolio
  • Creative problem solver with a balance of strategic thinking and detailed execution
  • Proven record of success in driving customer acquisitions through digital marketing
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work well under deadlines and with multiple projects
  • Self-starter mentality with drive to succeed
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • BA in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business, or other relevant quantitative field
