This position provides support to the senior members of the buying team.  Tasks include keyword research, duplicating campaigns across multiple ad accounts, optimizing campaigns and creating your own campaigns from scratch.  Candidates should have past experience with digital media buying (CPC or CPM campaigns), a passion for data, and a willingness to learn on the fly.

The Role You Will Have

  • Building, launching and day-to-day management of a variety of digital media campaigns 
  • Proactively optimizing campaigns using internal tools
  • Duplicating winning campaigns across new sites and ad accounts
  • Managing budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver most efficient results
  • Identifying and investigating trends, issues and opportunities
  • Work closely with the Senior Media Buyers to drive growth through paid channels
  • Learn about and stay current on new channels, software, and best practices
  • Actively seek opportunities to expand understanding and use of paid media

What You Will Bring

  • 1-2 years of experience driving growth and acquisitions with any/all of the following: Facebook, Google, Outbrain, Taboola or Gemini
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with a high attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of Display/programmatic bidding strategies (CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.)
  • Creative problem solver with a balance of strategic thinking and detailed execution
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work well independently as well as part of a cohesive high performing team
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Self-starter mentality with drive to succeed
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must
