System1 is hiring an experienced technical recruiter to work with our internal team and help to develop best practices. We are looking for someone with a strong technical background as well as an extensive technical network in Los Angeles and other tech centers.
- 7+ years experience as an in-house technical recruiter
- 3+ years of startup recruiting experience
- Scientific or technical educational background strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Track record of hiring extremely talented senior engineers
- Opportunity to move into a management role for the right candidate
- Help to streamline recruiting pipeline and processes
- Source, interview, and evaluate technical and non-technical candidates
- Help organize hiring priorities and work with the team to manage day to day pipeline and priorities
- Work directly with company leadership to implement best practices and determine job requirements
