As a digital native media buyer, you will manage the buying and execution of online media for our rapidly growing Agency Operations, working with some of the largest brands in the industry.

 

In this role, you will have direct hand on campaign management. This includes ideating marketng plans, optimizing bids and budgets, and continuous testing of ad creatives. The role will be accountable for meeting revenue and ROI targets, and will have a direct impact into the growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in both data analysis, as well as creative copy writing, be highly motivated, and have a high attention to detail.

The Role You Will Have

  • Create, execute, and analyze paid media campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to hit strict ROI goals
  • Develop highly engaging ad creatives (images and copy) for various products
  • Conduct hand-on bid optimization; develop and implement strategies for targeting, creative, and funnel optimization to meet and exceed volume & ROI targets
  • Work with the creative and content team to develop creative assets and content, and drive the creative testing roadmap
  • Continuously ideate and A/B test creatives and site targeting to optimize for conversions and scale
  • Prioritize growth marketing strategy based on revenue potential
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging capabilities in the digital landscape

What You Will Bring

  • 1-5 years of experience driving growth and acquisitions via Native platforms such as Taboola and Outbrain
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to think creatively and outside of the box to write compelling and engaging ad copies/content
  • Creative problem solver with a balance of strategic thinking and detailed execution
  • Exceptionally-detailed knowledge of metrics, specifically A/B, multi-variant testing and ROI analysis
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work well independently as well as part of a cohesive high performing team
  • Self-starter mentality with drive to succeed
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to drive and support process improvements for the paid social team
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred (e.g. economics, statistics)
