Qool Media is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the roadmap and execution of internal campaign management and reporting platforms. We are a fast-growing and profitable company looking to scale our owned-and-operated websites to keep pace with the business. The ideal person is highly motivated, accustomed to a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of evolving business needs in the digital marketing space. This role will report directly to the VP of Technology and help build out a strong, goal-oriented, agile development team.

The Role You Will Have

  • Lead the ideation, technical requirements, product development, and launch of campaign management/reporting applications, and websites
  • Work closely with technical internal teams, including engineering and development, to write requirements
  • Set up and lead architectural reviews with teams consuming the service
  • Partner with engineers to surface technical debt and pay it down within the team's development process
  • Understand key stakeholder needs and design products to achieve business goals and customer needs
  • Manage agile processes for multiple simultaneous initiatives
  • Own the definition, tracking, and reporting on KPIs for all products
  • Responsible for team execution and delivering on stated milestones

What You Will Bring

  • 3-5 years of product management experience with building SaaS platforms and high-traffic user-facing websites; DSPs, SSPs, or other buy-side applications is a plus
  • Strong technical knowledge, specifically with third party APIs and SQL
  • Engineering or Computer Science education and/or relevant technical background
  • Well-developer critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Direct experience either coding or working within environments using the following languages/frameworks - .NET, Angular, WordPress, or PHP
  • Background in Agile/Scrum software development, especially using JIRA, is a plus
  • Demonstrated prior experience building, shipping, and supporting production code as or alongside engineers
  • Understanding of modern web applications development architecture including front-end, back-end, and/or AWS
  • Excellent written, verbal, and leadership skills
  • Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is a plus
